BabyShot, yüklediğin fotoğrafı yapay zekâ ile seçtiğin konsepte uygun bir görsel veya videoya dönüştüren bir uygulamadır. Hizmeti The Moz Digital sunar. Uygulamayı kullanarak bu koşulları kabul etmiş olursun.
Uygulamayı misafir olarak veya e-posta ile oluşturduğun hesapla kullanabilirsin. Hesabının güvenliğinden sen sorumlusun. Hesabını istediğin zaman "Hesabım" ekranından kalıcı olarak silebilirsin.
Yüklediğin fotoğrafın sana ait olduğunu veya yüklemeye yetkili olduğunu; fotoğrafta bir çocuk varsa onun ebeveyni ya da yasal vasisi olduğunu beyan edersin. Başkalarının haklarını ihlal eden, hukuka aykırı, müstehcen veya zarar verici içerik yükleyemezsin. Bu tür içerikleri reddetme ve hesabı kapatma hakkımız saklıdır.
Oluşturulan görseller ve videolar yapay zekâ ile üretilir. Sonucun fotoğraftaki kişiye birebir benzemesi garanti edilemez. Sonuç beklentini karşılamazsa uygulamadaki "tekrar dene" seçeneklerini kullanabilirsin. Üretilen içeriği kişisel amaçlarla kullanabilirsin.
Uygulamadaki üretimler kredi ile yapılır: 1 görsel 5 kredi, 1 video 50 kredi harcar. Üretim başarısız olursa harcanan kredi hesabına iade edilir. Ekstra kredi paketleri tek seferlik satın alımlardır, abonelik değildir ve nakde çevrilemez. Yıllık Premium ile yüklenen krediler satın alma tarihinden itibaren 1 yıl içinde kullanılabilir; bu sürenin sonunda kullanılmayan Premium kredileri sona erer.
Premium abonelik haftalık veya yıllık olarak sunulur. Ödeme, satın alma onayında App Store veya Google Play hesabından tahsil edilir ve mağazanın kuralları gereği, sürenin bitiminden en az 24 saat önce iptal edilmediği sürece otomatik yenilenir. Aboneliğini Apple Hesabı veya Google Play > Abonelikler bölümünden dilediğin zaman yönetebilir ve iptal edebilirsin. İptal, içinde bulunulan dönemin sonunda geçerli olur.
Ödemeler Apple ve Google tarafından işlenir; iade talepleri ilgili mağazanın iade politikasına göre onların üzerinden değerlendirilir. Tüketici olarak yasal haklarını saklı tutarsın.
Uygulamanın tasarımı, markası ve yazılımı The Moz Digital'e aittir. Yüklediğin fotoğrafın hakları sende kalır.
Hizmeti kesintisiz ve hatasız sunmayı hedefleriz ancak bunu garanti edemeyiz. Yasaların izin verdiği ölçüde, hizmetin kullanımından doğan dolaylı zararlardan sorumlu değiliz.

BabyShot is an app that uses AI to turn the photo you upload into an image or video matching the concept you choose. The service is provided by The Moz Digital. By using the app, you accept these terms.
You can use the app as a guest or with an account you create with your email. You are responsible for the security of your account. You can permanently delete your account at any time from the Account screen.
You declare that the photo you upload belongs to you or that you are authorized to upload it, and that if it shows a child, you are their parent or legal guardian. You may not upload content that infringes others' rights or is unlawful, obscene or harmful. We reserve the right to reject such content and close accounts.
Images and videos are created with AI. We cannot guarantee that a result will look exactly like the person in the photo. If a result does not meet your expectations, you can use the "try again" options in the app. You may use the generated content for personal purposes.
Creations are paid with credits: 1 photo costs 5 credits and 1 video costs 50 credits. If a creation fails, the credits spent are refunded to your account. Extra credit packs are one-time purchases, not a subscription, and cannot be exchanged for cash. Credits loaded with Yearly Premium can be used within 1 year of the purchase date; unused Premium credits expire after that.
Premium is offered weekly or yearly. Payment is charged to your App Store or Google Play account at purchase confirmation and, under the store's rules, renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the period. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your Apple Account or Google Play > Subscriptions. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period.
Payments are processed by Apple and Google; refund requests are handled through the relevant store according to its refund policy. Your statutory consumer rights are reserved.
The app's design, brand and software belong to The Moz Digital. You keep the rights to the photo you upload.
We aim to provide the service without interruption or errors but cannot guarantee it. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from the use of the service.
