Misafir olarak bir cihaz kimliği, hesap oluşturursan ayrıca e-posta adresin işlenir. Bir konsept oluşturmak istediğinde yüklediğin fotoğraf (yüz özellikleri ve yüz geometrisi gibi biyometriğe yakın veriler içerebilir) ve seçtiğin konseptin bilgisi tarafımızca işlenir.
Yüklediğin fotoğrafı, seçtiğin konsepte uygun bir görsel veya videoya dönüştürmek için işliyoruz. Başka hiçbir amaçla (reklam, profil oluşturma, üçüncü taraflara satış) kullanmıyoruz.
Görsel üretimi için OpenAI, video üretimi için fal.ai (altyapısında Kling AI/Kuaishou Technology modellerini kullanır) ile paylaşıyoruz — sadece talep ettiğin dönüşümü oluşturmaları için. Verilerini saklamak ve uygulamayı çalıştırmak için Supabase altyapısını kullanıyoruz. Hiçbir sağlayıcının verilerini kendi yapay zekâ modellerini eğitmek için kullanmasına izin vermiyoruz.
Yüklediğin kaynak fotoğraf en fazla 30 gün güvenli sunucularımızda saklanır ve bu sürenin sonunda otomatik olarak kalıcı şekilde silinir. Oluşturulan sonuç (fotoğraf veya video) ise hesabında kalıcı olarak saklanır ve yalnızca sen "Fotoğraflarım" ekranından sildiğinde silinir. İstersen kaynak fotoğrafın için de bu süreden önce silme talebinde bulunabilirsin. "Hesabım" ekranından hesabını sildiğinde hesabın, yüklediğin ve oluşturulan tüm fotoğraf ve videolar kalıcı olarak silinir.
Uygulamaya yüklediğin fotoğraflar genellikle bir çocuğa ait olacaktır. Fotoğrafı yükleyerek, o çocuğun ebeveyni veya yasal vasisi olduğunu ya da fotoğrafı yükleme konusunda yetkili olduğunu beyan etmiş olursun.
KVKK m.11 kapsamında verilerinin işlenip işlenmediğini öğrenme, işlenmişse buna ilişkin bilgi talep etme, verilerinin silinmesini veya yok edilmesini isteme haklarına sahipsin. Bu talepleri hello@themozdigital.com adresine e-posta göndererek iletebilirsin; taleplerini en geç 30 gün içinde sonuçlandırırız.
Verilerin şifreli bağlantılar üzerinden iletilir ve erişimi yalnızca hizmeti sağlamak için gerekli sistemlerle sınırlıdır.

As a guest, a device identifier is created; if you create an account, your email address is also processed. When you create a concept, the photo you upload (which may contain facial features and facial geometry, i.e. data close to biometric data) and the information about your chosen concept are processed by us.
We process the photo you upload to turn it into an image or video matching the concept you chose. We do not use it for any other purpose (advertising, profiling, or selling to third parties).
We share it with OpenAI for image generation and fal.ai for video generation (which uses Kling AI / Kuaishou Technology models under the hood), only so they can create the transformation you requested. We use Supabase infrastructure to store your data and run the app. We do not allow any provider to use your data to train their own AI models.
The source photo you upload is stored on our secure servers for up to 30 days and is then permanently deleted automatically. The generated result (photo or video) stays permanently in your account and is deleted only when you delete it from the My Photos screen. You can also ask for your source photo to be deleted before that period. When you delete your account from the Account screen, your account and all uploaded and generated photos and videos are permanently deleted.
The photos you upload will usually be of a child. By uploading a photo, you declare that you are that child's parent or legal guardian, or that you are authorized to upload the photo.
Under Article 11 of the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK), you have the right to learn whether your data is processed, to request information about it, and to request its deletion or destruction. You can send these requests by email to hello@themozdigital.com; we respond within 30 days at most.
Your data is transmitted over encrypted connections and access is limited to the systems needed to provide the service.
